Feminine and Oriental Cheongsam

The cheongsam as each embellishment and detail is hand-sewn with painstaking precision. Editor June Wong had her cheongsam customised at MAZZARIO by Mimi. Designer Mimi Luk is trained in Shanghainese tailoring, and known for her flattering cuts and designs. June wants her dream fock to be feminine and oriental. She decided to customise a cheongsam. "I need something that is elegant," say June. "Plus, I don't love to wear a lot of accessories. So I hope to wear my dream dress as it makes enough of a statement on its own."

From design process, patternmaking to production, every process of the handmake cheongsam is executed in our studio in Singapore. We have our very own team of tailors and sewers to achieve to high quality work as seen in our production.

Our made-to-measure serviceis a personal and initimate process, beginning with a design consultation wit our designer, who will then see you through every fitting and production process.

Mazzario Cheongsam is a choice for clients of all ages and walks of life, seeking contemporary clothing with ethnic reference. Bridal clients often approaches us for an innovative oriental twist to wedding dresses for their East-West weddings.

Changes

As you may have noticed this is a blog format, thus, mazzario.blogspot.com is compelled to take on a less formal tone than the previous one. Guess we have been much too ambitious with the last one, from designing to coding, photography to documentary. Despite our love for making everything from scratch, the increasing workload ( meaning clothes ), this idiot-proof platform is finally peeling off my stubbornness.
